This is a screenshot of a Facebook ad campaign I setup using Taguchi testing methods.The results of this test told me which of 11 appeals was desired most – AND by which segment of my demographic.Each of the 11 appeals used 2 boilerplate ad templates created to keep things as consistent as possible. 2 template ads instead of 1 just as a safety in case the 1 ad wasn’t any good.Then all 11 were shown separately to males 15-18, 19-24, 25-36.The results showed each group preferred a different appeal. The winning appeal & age group match performed 12x better than the runner up.This is proof of the test. Regrettably I can’t find my final screenshots showing end results. Took me an hour to dig this up.

This is something I wrote during my time on retainer for 1-2 days per week with this company.I was CMO, focused primarily on strategy and getting them to better use internet marketing to keep up with how they are positioned.Together we generated around 680 leads in less than 2 months. We also launched an entire new division being launched nation-wide:DigitalRewards.caIt’s a small business rewards program, marketing software, payment terminal all in one tablet installed into the business.. The goal was to ‘build a moat around Canada’ so if google turned on them, they’d still have a grassroots presence and audience.I continue to do odd projects and am still on a lessened retainer for 1-2 consulting calls per month with them.
