Steps for better concentration:
1- Keep a sticky note in your office or bedroom which says “Quiet mind”. While in between work when you will see that note you will notice that you will become relaxed naturally. You will drop your shoulders, relax your mind, move eyes away from your computer and try to think of something out of work.
2- Avoid multi-tasking. If you’re checking emails, avoid listening to a conference call. If you’re on the phone, don’t work on documents on your computer.
3- Do not browse on the internet while at work. Only use internet for work purpose.
4- Turn off your email for some parts of the day.
5- If you work from home and mostly get distracted from your surroundings, then go to a nearby library for better concentration.
